This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced technical or senior production professional to take the next step in their career, contributing to innovative projects in a fast-evolving industry.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting technical transfers, managing new process introductions, and ensuring manufacturing activities meet the highest standards of regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for the introduction and execution of new projects.

  • Assist with technical transfer into the facility for new processes or products.

  • Source and manage materials required for projects, ensuring alignment with timelines.

  • Generate and technically approve batch manufacturing records.

  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.

  • Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement across operations.

Candidate Requirements

  • A degree in a relevant scientific discipline (or equivalent industry experience).

  • Previous experience in a GMP-regulated or pharmaceutical production environment.

  • Comfortable working in cleanroom environments and adhering to strict quality standards.

  • Customer-facing experience would be advantageous.

  • Experience in formulation or advanced therapies is highly desirable.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills and exceptional attention to detail.
