Naveed graduated from the University of the West of Scotland with a BSc in Biomedical Sciences and was unsure which direction his future career should go.

Blair Mackie was one of IBioIC’s 2017/18 MSc students. He undertook a ten week industrial placement with uFraction8, which allowed him to continue his academic career.

Alexandros' MSc programme included a ten week industrial placement with ScotBio, who he later joined as a full time employee.
