Lisa is Managing Partner for Maroon Venture Fund, a fund manager focused on Health and Climate early-stage ventures with a presence in the US, and the European Marine Science Park. Over 25 years, Lisa has successfully founded and built institutional and entrepreneurial ventures; establishing a track record globally as a value-add board member, successful entrepreneur, investor, and banker facilitating US$30bn in capital including in leadership positions in private equity, venture capital, mezzanine, and venture debt.

Lisa also sits on the Investment Committee for Wharton Impact Investment Partners, and is a Climate Ambassador for the UK Institute of Directors.

Lisa holds a MBA in Finance from The Wharton School, and a BSE in Civil Engineering from Princeton University.
