Tangential Flow Filtration: Scalable Solutions from Lab to Pilot Scale
We offer two complementary tangential flow filtration systems for seamless scale-up of microfiltration, ultrafiltration, and diafiltration processes.
The Millipore Lab-scale TFF system, with a 50 cm² membrane, supports volumes from 10 mL to approximately 1 L, making it ideal for small-scale protein concentration and buffer exchange.
For larger volumes, the Sartoflow® Advanced system supports membranes from 0.1 m² to 7 m², processing several litres up to over 300 L.
With advanced control features and low hold-up volume, it enables efficient and scalable TFF-based bioprocess development.
