Debbie McCreath, Public Affairs Manager at the Industrial Biotechnology Innovation Centre (IBioIC), joined FDF Scotland to explain how IBioIC can support businesses to play their part in a more sustainable Scotland. Tackling food waste and finding alternate uses, packaging, green recovery, and non-food crops are among the policy areas this podcast looks at, as well as open funding opportunities for food and drink manufacturers.
