Lorna joined the IBioIC team in November 2020. She has a background in events management and fundraising. Lorna joined the University of Strathclyde in 2000 as a Prospect Researcher in Alumni and Development, before moving to the National Library of Scotland, where she was part of their inaugural fundraising team. 

Lorna was Funding and Events Manager with the Scottish Library and Information Council before returning to the University of Strathclyde. 

She has a BA (Hons) Social Sciences and an MSc International Events Management from Glasgow Caledonian University. 

Lorna enjoys anything connected with travel, occasionally dusting off her running shoes and Nordic Noir dramas.

Steven Scott

Steven Scott is the founder and Creative Director of TwoFifths Design, a brand, website and animation studio in Edinburgh. He works with public sector, research, university and third sector organisations across Scotland, and has been a Squarespace Circle partner since 2018.
